just browsing the marske website and for the size of marske there is a hell of a lot of property up for sale, is the place suffering from the dreaded reposesions, a lot have no onward chain, it would be nice if they were not allowed to take the homes from genuine people who through no fault of there own lose there homes.

None of the empty houses I know are repossesions, its just people moving on, going into nursing homes, relocating etc, Most belong to property speculators who bought to let or have bought and renovated.

MERMAID that explains why so many have no chain,,have people got more money now as this never went on before, in a lot of areas down south when a property stands empty for a certain time the councils take them over and tidy them up and rent them out.
i am not to sure if it was my property i would be happy to let them do this.
